Memory Manager

Insert your memories into the fields and set the frequency. Every X messages, it will automatically inject the memories into your message. If frequency is set to 0, every message will have the memories.

When you don't want to use the memory manager, uncheck all the memories and save. No need to delete them.

My recommendation, don't write more than 2-3 paragraphs. Use frequency of 5. Just to be sure it's within the character's eyes, but not shoved in their face.
